Overview

As a Strategic Partner Development Manager, you will drive revenue growth by executing a co-selling motion with our agency partners, managing a portfolio of high-value partners, and identifying new up-market partners.

In Short

  • Drive revenue through strategic partner relationships.
  • Manage a portfolio of 20-30 high-value partners.
  • Conduct discovery calls, demos, and lead pricing negotiations.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives for a seamless buying experience.
  • Expand the partner ecosystem by onboarding new partners.
  • Leverage partners to sell SMS, Email, and AI products.
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor partner performance and track revenue opportunities.
  • Provide regular reporting on partner-driven revenue.
  • Engage and influence C-level stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 10-15+ years of sales experience, ideally in SaaS or partnerships.
  • Proven track record of closing revenue through strategic partners.
  • Experience in co-selling with Account Executives.
  • Deep expertise in multi-product sales.
  • Experience selling against entrenched incumbents.
  • Ability to develop and execute GTM strategies.
  • Strong executive presence and influencing skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and strategic.
