SBA Servicing Closer - Remote

Overview

This role is responsible for processing Servicing Requests, managing a loan portfolio, and acting as a liaison with various stakeholders in the closing of SBA Commercial Real Estate loans.

• Process Servicing Requests for SBA loans.
• Gather supporting documentation and information.
• Review and negotiate loan documents.
• Manage a loan portfolio from approval to pay-off.
• Work with Relationship Managers and external partners.
• Process modifications for SBA Commercial Loans.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for documentation.
• Knowledge of nCino and AFS is preferred.
• Meet requirements to be commissioned as a Notary Public.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and bank policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate loan administration.
• Thorough knowledge of SBA and commercial real estate lending.
• Ability to close commercial real estate loans.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of nCino preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing regulations and policies.
