• Own and evolve patient lifecycle strategy and communications.
• Design, execute, and optimize lifecycle strategies.
• Work cross-functionally with various teams to drive patient growth.
• Lead content creation for patient communications.
• Own email and SMS channels for lifecycle communications.
• Define lifecycle success and performance metrics.
• Build reporting dashboards to track performance.
• Implement advanced segmentation and personalization.
• Drive measurable improvements in lifecycle metrics.
• Strengthen cross-functional integration.

Requirements

• Deep experience in lifecycle marketing programs.
• Hands-on experience with Braze platform.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience collaborating with Product and Data teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with reporting experience.
• Ability to simplify complex communication ecosystems.
• Experience with A/B testing frameworks.
