In Short

• Conduct legal research and support compliance initiatives.
• Review vendor contracts and commercial agreements.
• Research telehealth regulations across multiple states.
• Draft and revise policies and contracts.
• Support compliance and privacy initiatives under HIPAA.
• Conduct research on digital health and telemedicine licensing.
• Utilize AI to create efficiencies in the legal department.
• Work with a growing telehealth start-up.
• Collaborate with the in-house legal team.
• Gain hands-on experience in healthcare law.

Requirements

• Current law student, preferably a rising 2L or 3L.
• Demonstrated interest in healthcare law.
• Strong communication skills and work ethic.
• Understanding of AI in healthcare.
• Keen curiosity and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate and maintain ethics.
