We’re looking for a data-driven, hair-obsessed Lifecycle Marketing Manager to help strengthen and scale the customer journey across every touchpoint.

In Short

• Lead execution across Email, SMS, Push, and Direct Mail.
• Grow responsibilities for retention strategy and performance insights.
• Deep understanding of Black women’s hair and styling methods.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills.
• Proficient in content planning and customer behavior analysis.
• Hands-on experience with SMS marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with RFM segmentation and LTV metrics.
• Comfortable with data analysis and performance reporting.
• Experience with subscriptions and retention marketing is a plus.
• Willing to build campaigns and execute within Klaviyo and SMS platforms.
