Overview

As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Zendrop, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle strategy that drives activation, retention, and revenue across key customer touchpoints, including email, in-app messaging, SMS, and webinars.

In Short

• Design and own lifecycle journeys across activation, retention, expansion, and reactivation.
• Map user behavior to effective messaging.
• Build flows that support conversion and long-term retention.
• Own HubSpot for workflows, campaigns, and reporting.
• Optimize high-impact email programs for various customer stages.
• Utilize Userpilot for in-app messaging and SMS coordination.
• Plan and execute A/B tests across multiple channels.
• Track and optimize key performance metrics.
• Collaborate with product, data, and growth teams.
• Experience with product analytics tools is preferred.

Requirements

• Deep HubSpot expertise.
• Experience with Userpilot or similar tools.
• Proven track record in lifecycle marketing.
• Strong experimentation mindset.
• Comfortable managing promotions and monetization workflows.
• Experience with transactional email platforms is a plus.
• Experience with product analytics tools is a strong plus.
• Ability to operate independently and provide critical feedback.
