Overview

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager at StartEngine will lead lifecycle marketing initiatives to enhance issuer experiences and outcomes through effective communication strategies.

In Short

• Own issuer lifecycle strategy from onboarding to post-raise.
• Build and optimize HubSpot programs for effective communication.
• Create multi-channel communications including email and SMS.
• Develop segmentation based on various issuer metrics.
• Run testing and optimization of communication strategies.
• Collaborate with various teams to align messaging with client needs.
• Maintain a content library for reusable templates.
• Report on results and translate performance into actionable insights.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years in lifecycle/CRM marketing or related fields.
• HubSpot power user with experience in workflows and automation.
• Strong copy and messaging instincts with a customer-first approach.
• Analytical mindset for data-driven decision making.
• Experience with email program management.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders cross-functionally.
