Twingate is building a modern remote access solution that simplifies and improves the way businesses secure access to their cloud, SaaS, and on-prem resources. The company values customer centricity and is looking for an Account Manager to manage top accounts and ensure customer success.

In Short

  • Manage top customer accounts from onboarding forward with a focus on renewals.
  • Nurture relationships through technical sessions and product discussions.
  • Educate customers on product improvements for expansions and upsells.
  • Accurately forecast renewals, expansions, downsells, and churns.
  • Inform the business of customer feedback and trends.
  • Build champions among the account base for advocacy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.
  • Travel to customer events and internal meetings as necessary.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Account Management experience within SaaS.
  • Experience owning renewal cycles.
  • Managed accounts of $250k+ ARR.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with GTM and Product teams.
  • High EQ and passion for delivering a white-glove approach.
  • Startup experience and ability to wear many hats.
  • Eagerness to work with a complex product.
  • Experience managing escalations.
