Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with 5 years in leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field.
• Technical experience with REST APIs, Java, GoLang, MySQL, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with agile processes and automation.
• Experience in end-to-end service management.
• Ability to distill complex situations into actionable plans.
• Desire to innovate and solve problems.
• Experience with contact center solutions is a plus.
• Experience in delivering billing solutions is a plus.
