KYT Operations Specialist - Remote

Overview

This position is needed to help combat fraud and spam on Twilio's communications platform. The KYT Operations Specialist will be dedicated to fighting spam to maintain Twilio as a trusted network.

In Short

• Be a subject matter expert in fraud, spam, and abuse types.
• Connect the dots across multiple products and workflows.
• Develop and implement anti-fraud strategies.
• Conduct thorough investigations of suspected fraudulent activities.
• Provide training to junior team members.
• Manage escalations at customer and executive levels.
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to enhance responses to inquiries.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and escalate gaps in controls.
• Participate in "On Call" shifts for operational support.
• Enforce Messaging Policies and Best Practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in fraud detection or information security.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
• Experience with fraud detection tools and technologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with telecom fraud scenarios is a plus.
• Competency with Google suite.
• Demonstration of pattern recognition skills.
