Overview

Twilio is looking for a Sr. Manager, Sales Business Partner to oversee the North America Sales Business Partners and support the NAMER Regional Sales Leader. This role combines team management with regional support for sales initiatives.

In Short

  • Manage the performance of the NAMER sales region team.
  • Conduct team 1:1 meetings to evaluate performance goals.
  • Manage GTM operating rhythms for NAMER.
  • Gather sales health indicators and prepare regional-level analysis.
  • Develop insightful discussion documents for quarterly business reviews.
  • Manage sales forecasting and pipeline hygiene.
  • Plan cycles focusing on territory carving and account-level targets.
  • Develop in-region GTM strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Pull ad-hoc reports to address business needs.
  • Establish clear roles with GTM Strategy & Operations peers.

Requirements

  • 8+ years experience in sales operations, business operations, and strategy consulting in SaaS.
  • Experience managing direct reports and setting team processes.
  • Experience developing sales operating rhythms.
  • Completed 3-5 cycles in annual planning.
  • Analytical processing and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong collaboration and partner management skills.
  • Resilient and adaptive.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
