Requirements

8+ years of pre-sales experience with technical products.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to understand customer communications needs.
Experience with software development and REST APIs.
Knowledge of Telecom, SIP, and Contact Center environments.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline.
Fluent in Spanish and professional-level English.
Experience with sales methodologies.
Familiarity with cloud platforms is a plus.
