Overview

As a Principal Solutions Engineer at Freshworks, you will partner with enterprise customers to understand their strategic business challenges and recommend impactful solutions using the Freshworks platform.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Solution Engineering, preferably in SaaS and enterprise software.
• Established playbook on using AI for project operationalization.
• Strong understanding of ITSM/ESM domains.
• Deep knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and integrations.
• Skilled in coaching and mentoring peers.
• Confident communicator with experience influencing C-level stakeholders.
• Experience leading complex solution designs.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted.

• Annual base salary range of $163,000 — $234,000 USD.
