Execute documentation improvement projects like SEO updates.
Participate in Agile processes including sprint planning.
Learn about Twilio’s products and advocate for developers.

Requirements

Experience in planning, researching, and writing product documentation.
Experience documenting APIs and using tools like Postman.
Familiarity with docs-as-code platforms and workflows.
Excellent grammar and editing skills.
Familiarity with coding languages.
Empathy for developer experience.
Ability to give and receive feedback effectively.
