Overview

We are seeking an experienced E-Developer with a strong background in training development using the ADDIE methodology. The ideal candidate will be adept at researching source information, creating clear and structured storyboards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop engaging training content for instructor-led and web-based trainings. The candidate must possess excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

In Short

  • Assist in the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of training deliverables.
  • Research and analyze design documentation to develop clear and effective training materials.
  • Develop instructor-led and web-based training content, including PPT slides, facilitator guides, and participant guides.
  • Utilize Adobe Captivate to create interactive and engaging e-learning content.
  • Develop client-ready training materials in multiple formats, including Word, PowerPoint, and PDF.
  • Create graphics and visual elements to enhance training materials.
  • Work collaboratively with the training team and application development team to ensure training content aligns with system updates and user needs.
  • Maintain and update content using SharePoint.
  • Assist with post-training reports and provide regular status updates.
  • Facilitate and attend client meetings as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience in training development using the ADDIE methodology.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Captivate.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and PDF creation.
  • Ability to create high-quality graphics and structured content.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint for content management.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience with SAP-Based Child Support Systems (preferred).
  • Familiarity with web-based training tools such as Articulate Storyline (preferred).
  • Prior child support knowledge is a plus (preferred).
