ETL Developer - Remote

In Short

• Enhancing and optimizing clients cloud-based data warehouse for scalability and performance.
• Building and refining data marts to support business intelligence and analytics needs.
• Applying dimensional modeling best practices to improve data structure and accessibility.
• Developing and managing ETL processes to integrate claims, clinical, and quality data.
• Optimizing queries and workflows to optimize build times.
• Ensuring compliance with HIPAA, HITRUST, and internal data security policies.
• 5+ years of experience in data warehouse development in healthcare.
• Expertise with cloud data warehouse platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery, Azure Synapse).
• Strong ETL development skills, including experience with dbt, Apache Airflow, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data transformation.

Requirements

• Experience integrating healthcare data sources (HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, CPT).
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
