The Collections / Cash Apps Specialist will work in a fast-paced global team to efficiently collect cash from customers, ensuring adherence to company policies while maintaining positive customer relationships.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in cash collecting in a global AR team.
• Tenacious and professionally assertive.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting systems.
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Self-starter and proactive thinker.
• Credit Risk experience is desirable.
• Experience with a legal ledger is a plus.
