The Business Intelligence Analyst will bridge the gap between complex data infrastructure and actionable business strategy, supporting Revenue Operations and enhancing data workflows.

• Lead migration of data workflows from Alteryx to dbt.
• Manage data pipelines using Dagster or Airflow.
• Translate technical data insights for non-technical leaders.
• Implement AI and predictive analytics in RevOps.
• Support initiatives like Account Based Marketing and Customer Health scoring.
• Build robust data models in Amazon Redshift.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering on machine learning applications.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years in Business Intelligence or Analytics Engineering.
• Experience with dbt and building data models.
• Hands-on experience with Dagster or Airflow.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with Amazon Redshift.
• Experience building dashboards in Tableau.
• Familiarity with Salesforce data structures.
