Business Intelligence Analyst - Remote

Overview

BRP is seeking a BI Business Analyst to support its Inbound and Outbound Logistics operations within a modern, data-driven environment.

In Short

• Participate in business and executive meetings to gather reporting and analytical requirements.
• Design, build, deploy, and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and other BI platforms.
• Develop a deep understanding of business processes and datasets from SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
• Translate business needs into clear and actionable functional requirements.
• Leverage knowledge of data tables and visualization capabilities to propose KPIs and dashboards.
• Prioritize BI initiatives based on business value.
• Collaborate with App, Tech, and Data teams for timely delivery of BI solutions.
• Support end users in the effective use of reporting platforms.
• Communicate progress and results to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a BI Business Analyst role.
• Strong expertise in BI and reporting tools (Power BI or Tableau).
• Experience in business and technical requirements analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or equivalent platforms.
• Professional experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
• Solid understanding of BI and data warehouse concepts.
• Experience within large enterprise environments (10,000+ employees).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and agile environment.
