Overview

Join Turing as our strategic and globally-minded Benefits Partner to join our People team. As our Benefits Partner you’ll be responsible for designing, managing, and evolving our global benefits programs across the U.S., India, Brazil, the UK, and Colombia.

In Short

  • Lead annual benefits strategy, vendor selection, and renewals across all operating countries.
  • Partner with Finance and Legal to model and forecast benefits spend.
  • Own end-to-end benefits administration across multiple countries.
  • Ensure compliance with global reporting and statutory benefits requirements.
  • Develop and deliver employee benefits education and resources.
  • Track and analyze benefit utilization and present insights to leadership.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure seamless employee experience.
  • Benchmark benefits offerings to maintain competitiveness.
  • Collect feedback from employees to evaluate satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in benefits administration or total rewards.
  • Deep knowledge of U.S. benefits laws and practices.
  • Experience managing vendor negotiations and contract reviews.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in benefits data reporting and compliance documentation.
  • Collaborative mindset, comfortable working across functions.
