Overview

The Junior People Partner, Payroll & Benefits is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing across multiple countries, payment cycles, and worker classifications while also providing comprehensive benefits administration support.

• Manage bi-weekly US payroll processing and international payroll.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and payroll deadlines.
• Support benefits administration and enrollment processes.
• Conduct audits for payroll and benefits accuracy.
• Serve as a resource for employees regarding payroll and benefits.
• Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with managers to resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Support the transition from PEO to ASO model.
• Generate reports and maintain payroll records.
• Assist in compliance and audit management.

Requirements

• 3+ years in payroll administration.
• 2+ years in benefits administration.
• Experience with multi-state or global payroll.
• Familiarity with Rippling or similar HRIS platforms.
• Strong Excel skills for reporting.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving skills for payroll discrepancies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of international payroll regulations is a plus.
• Experience conducting compliance audits is a plus.
