Senior Payroll Partner - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Payroll Partner to join our team in Munich, responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

In Short

• Manage end-to-end payroll processes for Germany and Austria.
• Ensure compliance with local payroll tax and social security regulations.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and prepare reports.
• Assist in maintaining payroll data in Workday.
• Collaborate with various departments for seamless payroll processing.
• Support audits and participate in process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Educational background in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, Accounting or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in payroll processing or similar role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Good understanding of payroll tax and social security regulations.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in German.
