Overview

Dudek is seeking a skilled Payroll and Compliance Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of payroll and compliance, ensuring that the company accurately and consistently adheres to federal, state, and local payroll tax laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7-10+ years of payroll experience.
• 3-5 years in a managerial role.
• Certification preferred (CPP or FPC).
• Knowledge of benefits and payroll systems.
• Intermediate MS Excel skills.
• Understanding of payroll laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
