• We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Payroll Project Senior Manager to join our Payroll PMO team.
• Ideal candidates will have experience in regional/global payroll operations.
• Proven track record in identifying payroll compliance risks and implementing controls.
• Extensive experience within a senior payroll role.
• Deep understanding of Payroll Operations, Benefits, Services and Process Improvements.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data manipulation (e.g., SQL, Excel).
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment.
• Work largely asynchronously.

Requirements

• Extensive experience of implementing and maintaining global governance of payroll controls.
• Demonstrated capability in handling complex, compliance-heavy tasks.
• Experience in making recommendations for process improvements.
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English and local language of expertise.
