Overview

Tufin's Customer Success team is in search of a passionate Technical Account Manager (TAM) with a primary focus on driving optimal usage and ensuring complete adoption of our technologies among clients, especially in the post-sales phase. As a TAM, you will be the catalyst for clients, guiding them from initial interactions to full-scale deployment of Tufin technologies, amplifying their return on investment.

In Short

  • Lead initiatives to enhance product usage and client adoption.
  • Document and share best practices for product utilization.
  • Collaborate with sales teams for client retention and upselling.
  • Track client engagement metrics to demonstrate value.
  • Guide evaluations for optimized client infrastructure.
  • Address and resolve client challenges during product adoption.
  • Partner with R&D and product management teams.
  • Maintain and share best practices for client satisfaction.
  • Evaluate support efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Openness to travel up to 25%.

Requirements

  • Mandatory - French speaker, Excellent English communication skills.
  • 3+ years of experience in network/security systems.
  • Expertise with networking devices and firewall administration.
  • Acquaintance with Linux server administration; SQL skills are a bonus.
  • Scripting proficiency in Perl, Python, BASH is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing, technical lead role.
  • Outstanding organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Excellent presentation & negotiation skills.
  • Proficient communication, critical thinking & analytical prowess.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science or related field.
