As a Senior CX Technology Solutions Advisor at TTEC Digital, you will leverage your expertise in contact center technologies and artificial intelligence to enhance customer and employee experiences, serving as a trusted advisor to clients.

In Short

  • Navigate early pipeline leads and opportunities for complex pursuits.
  • Facilitate client workshops to understand their needs and define their path forward.
  • Develop roadmaps showing how AI can transform CCaaS implementations.
  • Articulate business value in clear terms.
  • Create frameworks for measuring ROI from CCaaS and AI investments.
  • Collaborate with advisors for comprehensive technology coverage.
  • Develop winning proposals and expand outreach for new opportunities.
  • Shape pursuit and close strategies targeting $2-3m/quarter of influenced revenue.
  • Contribute to thought leadership on AI and enterprise complexities.

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of CCaaS platforms (e.g., Cisco, Genesys).
  • Experience with Hyperscalers (Amazon, Google, Microsoft).
  • Understanding of AI technologies in contact center environments.
  • Expertise in related technologies: WFM, QA, dialers.
  • Proven track record in solutions engineering or pre-sales roles.
  • 8+ years of industry experience in contact center technology.
  • 5+ years of technical experience with IVA and generative AI.
  • Experience managing large multi-site contact center implementations.
  • Strong consultative approach and practical implementation methodologies.
  • Bachelor's Degree (Master's or MBA is a plus).
