Proposal Specialist - Remote

Overview

TTEC Digital is seeking a Proposal Specialist who is familiar with basic principles and best practices for proposal management on developing and executing winning proposals that help our clients achieve their goals.

In Short

• Manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
• Draft, review, and edit proposal responses and supporting materials.
• Conduct thorough reviews for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage existing and moderate new content in the Responsive content library.
• Support the public sector sales team in capture management.
• Help define win strategies and key messages.
• Manage proposal development schedules and communicate with the team.
• Support continuous improvement of proposal processes.
• Assist in tracking proposal success rates.
• Train internal team members on the proposal management process.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in proposal development.
• Strong background in developing win strategies and proposal plans.
• APMP certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with proposal software for content management.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred.
• Experience working on remote teams.
• Proven strong writing, editing, and proofing skills.
• Experience with contact center technology preferred.
