Google CCAI Architect (French Speaking) - Remote

Overview

As a Google CCAI Architect at TTEC Digital, you will provide technical solutions to meet client needs, leading the Google delivery practice and ensuring a great customer experience.

In Short

• Lead voice and digital AI Self-Service solutions for large contact centers
• Design, develop and implement AI self-service applications with Google CCAI
• Interface with clients and lead design decisions
• Serve as project lead for Google CCAI projects
• Collaborate on conversation design specifications
• Integrate backend systems using web services and databases
• Perform Unit Testing of developed code
• Assist with System and Functional Testing

Requirements

• 8+ years of architecture and design experience
• Fluency in French, both written and verbal
• 4+ years of experience with Google Dialog Flow ES/CX
• 2+ years of experience with Google Cloud CCAI
• Google Certification a plus
• Knowledge of Cloud Services Architecture, Apigee, Vertex AI
• Ability to support multiple projects
• Experience managing large multi-site contact center implementations
• Experience in writing Solution Document Designs
• Bachelor's degree required
