• Looking for a customer-oriented Engineering Manager for Health Alliance.
• Responsible for technical design and delivery of products across App and Web platforms.
• Manage multiple squads and engineers (4-8 direct reports).
• Focus on hiring, team development, and coaching.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering teams.
• Provide technical leadership and improve processes.
• Build high-performing teams and foster a culture of ownership.
• Leverage technical skills to promote engineering best practices.
• Must be able to travel to London/Brighton for workshops.
• Remote-first business with occasional in-person meetings.

Requirements

• 3+ years of management experience.
• Experience with Python/Django/Typescript/React/React Native in AWS.
• Experience in building scalable and reliable systems.
• Practice servant leadership.
• Experience in a product company/B2C business.
• Understanding of agile working.
• Commutable distance to London is advantageous.
