Requirements

• 3-5 years of nonprofit fundraising experience.
• Experience managing a large donor portfolio.
• Skills in donor cultivation and solicitation strategies.
• Knowledge of planned giving and endowment campaigns.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Willingness to travel for donor engagement.
• Ability to walk on uneven surfaces for site visits.
• High level of discretion and respect for donor privacy.
