In Short

• Experience designing and building scalable systems, web applications, APIs, and services.
• Work on complex engineering problems that help you build and hone technical and project management skills.
• Develop and maintain internal TRM APIs that touch critical parts of the business.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to transform functional visions into tangible roadmaps.
• Support and enable internal business units through shared engineering services.
• Develop cross-functional relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• Experience in designing and building scalable systems, web applications, APIs, and services.
• Understanding of storage systems such as relational databases (e.g., Postgres).
• Experience in understanding customer pain points and bridging needs to technical requirements.
• High degree of initiative and ownership.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
• Experience working collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
