Overview

As a Student Success Manager at TripleTen, you will support students in their learning journey, ensuring a positive experience throughout their program.

In Short

• Support students through their learning journey in a 7 to 10-month program.
• Engage unresponsive students through daily phone calls.
• Welcome and onboard new students, organizing orientation sessions.
• Create a student community through content and online events.
• Conduct 1-to-1 wellbeing checks and assist with concerns.
• Maintain a comprehensive student database and track agreements.
• Collaborate with tutors and team members in video conferences.
• Full-time availability from Monday to Friday.
• Proficient in Spanish and B1+ level English required.
• Basic skills in graphic design and video editing are a plus.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage a large number of clients effectively.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Solution-oriented with user empathy.
