In Short

• Lead a team of up to 12 sales specialists in the LATAM market.
• Hire, onboard, and motivate your sales team.
• Implement workflow changes with the Head of Sales.
• Conduct trainings and coaching sessions.
• Ensure team meets sales goals for LATAM.
• Monitor compliance with processes and regulations.
• Provide performance reports.

Requirements

• Spanish language proficiency.
• English proficiency (A2-B1).
• 3+ years in telemarketing or B2C sales.
• 3+ years in sales management.
• Data analysis skills.
• Experience coaching sales teams.
• Strong soft and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM.
• Motivated and target-driven professional.
• Experience in Education, Ed-tech, Marketing, SaaS B2C, or Insurance is a plus.

Benefits

• Basic payment of 1700 USD Gross + commissions.
• Overall payment is up to 3500 USD Gross per month.
• 100% remote and full-time position.
