• Manage Marketing CRM Communications including email and SMS communications.
• Develop and manage communications for customers post-purchase.
• Draft, design, and execute mass promotional email campaigns.
• Monitor and report on the performance of email and SMS campaigns.
• Analyze performance data for enhancing communications.
• Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM Act guidelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in CRM management, preferably within Hubspot.
• Strong copywriting skills for different audiences.
• Familiarity with analyzing campaign performance data.
• Experience with marketing automation tools.
• Proficiency in collaboration tools such as JIRA, Slack, and Google Workspace.
