Overview

We’re seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to support the execution, optimization, and day-to-day management of our client’s lifecycle marketing programs.

In Short

• Support execution and management of lifecycle marketing programs.
• Work closely with the Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager.
• Build and launch email, SMS, and push campaigns.
• Focus on improving customer retention and increasing lifetime value.
• Develop and implement lifecycle marketing strategies.
• Optimize audience segmentation for targeted communications.
• Design campaigns triggered by customer actions.
• Use data to predict churn and personalize messaging.
• Plan strategies for peak seasons and major events.
• Monitor performance and deliver actionable insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years in lifecycle marketing or CRM roles.
• Hands-on experience with ESPs and analytics tools.
• Strong skills in segmentation and performance tracking.
• Ability to craft strategies and execute in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with integrated campaigns across various channels.
• Proficiency in data-driven decision making.
• Experience with customer models like RFM analysis.
• E-commerce experience is a plus.
