Overview

Escalon is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager architect to execute multichannel strategies that engage and convert our prospects and customers to drive higher lifetime value.

In Short

  • Lead the strategy and execution across email, SMS, SDR enablement, and web presence.
  • Develop automated journeys and campaign strategies tailored to every step of the customer's lifecycle.
  • Work closely with sales to create and implement ABM and ABX campaigns.
  • Oversee the development of compelling, conversion-focused messaging across all lifecycle touchpoints.
  • Drive A/B and multivariate testing across all channels to optimize performance.
  • Create segmentation strategies and personalized experiences to deepen user engagement.
  • Analyze campaign performance using dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Design and execute messaging that guides customers through onboarding and engagement.
  • Oversee message cadence and prioritization to maximize relevance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in full-funnel customer journey lifecycle marketing or CRM.
  • Experience with CRMs and Automation tools (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Strong strategic and analytical mindset.
  • Fluency with lifecycle tools and platforms.
  • Understanding of segmentation, lead scoring, and behavioral triggers.
  • Proven track record of improving customer conversion and retention.
  • Strong written and visual communication skills.
  • Experience building collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
  • Nice to haves include experience in Salesforce, GA4, and Wordpress.
