Overview

The Director of Finance & People Operations will establish and own financial operations and human resources functions, ensuring streamlined processes and accountability across the organization.

• Own end-to-end accounts receivable process.
• Manage commission processing with accuracy.
• Enforce credit policies and manage risk.
• Document and refine financial processes.
• Coordinate recruitment operations and manage ATS.
• Serve as a point of contact for payroll and benefits.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years in finance operational roles.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
• Experience with AR/AP and financial operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks and Salesforce.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong communication skills across functions.
• Attention to detail in financial accuracy.
• Experience in policy enforcement and client-facing roles.
• Ability to build processes in ambiguous environments.
