As a Marketing Manager - Lifecycle at Kraken, you will lead the strategy for lifecycle incentive programs, focusing on driving engagement and revenue growth through CRM campaigns.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in leading complex lifecycle/CRM programs.
• Extensive experience with complex CRM campaigns and stakeholder management.
• Experience with CRM tools like Braze and other campaign-building tools.
• Proven understanding of driving lifecycle marketing results in a B2C setting.
• Strong skills in analytic tools such as Tableau and Big Query.
• In-depth knowledge of marketing automation/CRM systems.
• Strong copywriting skills for campaign support.
• Expertise in customer segmentation strategies across multiple channels.
• Crypto/fintech experience is preferred.
