QA Automation Engineer - Remote

Overview

RYZ is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to join one of our clients in e-commerce. You will be a key member of the QA team, helping to reduce manual work through automated testing.

In Short

• Remote position within Argentina or Uruguay.
• 4+ years of experience in automation testing of web applications (UI + API).
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, Playwright, Cypress, etc.
• Hands-on knowledge with API testing frameworks like Postman, REST Assured.
• Experience in cross-browser testing using tools such as BrowserStack.
• Familiarity with Allure TestOps or similar test management tools.
• Solid understanding of QA automation & CICD best practices.
• Experience in mobile application automation testing.
• Hands-on knowledge of software development and QA life cycle.
• Building and improving the test framework.

Requirements

• Experience with GPTs and AI-powered automation tools is a plus.
• Background in e-commerce application testing is preferred.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools is advantageous.
• Experience in preparing complex test data configurations.
• Writing auxiliary services to support test automation.
• Code review and ownership responsibilities.
• Troubleshooting and stabilization of tests.
• Automation as a service collaboration.
• Setting up CI/CD with developers and DevOps.
