At RYZ Labs, we are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join one of our clients’ teams — a luxury brand in the jewelry and high-end lifestyle sector. This role is ideal for someone passionate about premium brand storytelling, performance marketing, and digital excellence.

In Short

• Plan, build, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other high-performing channels.
• Conduct comprehensive audits of current ad accounts to identify areas for growth.
• Develop and execute strategic media plans focused on driving high-quality traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ad creatives reflect the brand’s luxury positioning.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and report on key metrics.
• Use data-driven insights to refine targeting, bidding, and creative strategy.
• Stay updated on digital advertising trends relevant to luxury brands.
• Manage and allocate budgets efficiently to maximize results.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing paid media for premium or e-commerce brands.
• Proven success scaling ad accounts across Google and Meta Ads.
• Strong analytical mindset focused on ROAS, CTR, CVR, and CAC.
• Experience working with U.S.-based companies or clients.
• Familiar with AI-driven optimization tools.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with design and content teams.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
