Paid Media Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Paid Media Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other channels. This role requires a data-driven and creative professional with experience in performance-based advertising, lead generation, and maximizing ROI.

In Short

• Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns (PPC, display, social, etc.);
• Optimize campaigns for conversions, cost efficiency, and audience targeting;
• Collaborate with content and design teams to craft compelling ad creatives;
• Monitor campaign performance and produce actionable insights and reports;
• Stay current with platform updates and best practices;
• Conduct A/B tests to improve ad performance and landing page conversions.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience managing paid media campaigns;
• Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and similar platforms;
• Strong understanding of B2B digital marketing funnels;
• Experience with Google Analytics and campaign tracking/attribution;
• Solid analytical skills and experience with reporting dashboards;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
