Legal eDiscovery Associate - Remote

Overview

Ryz Labs is seeking an experienced eDiscovery associate to support one of our U.S.-based clients in managing end-to-end legal discovery workflows. This role will be key in strengthening their document response capabilities and supporting both large litigation cases and smaller investigations.

In Short

• Run complete eDiscovery workflows including case setup and data collection.
• Maintain chain of custody and documentation rigor.
• Collaborate with internal legal teams and outside counsel.
• Execute document search strategies using advanced keywords and metadata.
• Support improvements in internal discovery and data management processes.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with eDiscovery tools (Purview, Reveal, Onna preferred).
• Familiarity with email systems and cloud collaboration tools.
• Solid understanding of legal discovery processes.
• Proven experience working with legal teams.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
