In Short

• Support the in-house legal team with contract review and management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and support risk mitigation efforts.
• Draft, review, and organize legal documents including contracts and NDAs.
• Conduct legal research on corporate, employment, and intellectual property matters.
• Assist with contract lifecycle management and tracking of obligations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel on legal matters.
• Maintain organized legal files and documentation.
• Ideal candidate is detail-oriented and proactive.
• 3-5 years of legal or paralegal experience preferred.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Political Science, or related field.
• Law degree preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
• Familiarity with contract law and regulatory frameworks is a plus.
