Overview

Atlan is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Associate to join our growing legal team. This is a critical role supporting a wide range of legal functions, including contract management, legal research, compliance, and intellectual property matters.

In Short

• Management of our CLM system and reporting of analytics.
• Conduct legal research on topics like data privacy and compliance.
• Assist in drafting and managing various legal agreements.
• Help maintain a compliant environment by addressing regulatory changes.
• Assist with IP filings and management.
• Support litigation matters and coordinate with outside counsel.
• Provide general administrative support to the legal team.

Requirements

• BALLB from a reputed college in India.
• Experience using technology for legal solutions is a plus.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and support the team.
• A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
• Experience with data privacy regulations is a plus.
• Experience with intellectual property law is a plus.
