Overview

As a Key Account Manager for Industrial Services, you will be a central contact for our partners in the beverage industry, particularly breweries and mineral springs, focusing on creating tailored service models that provide real value.

In Short

  • Build and maintain strategic customer relationships in the beverage industry.
  • Develop customized service concepts with a focus on efficiency, sustainability, and growth.
  • Analyze customer requirements and identify optimization potentials.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and branches for optimal implementation.
  • Conduct contract negotiations independently until completion.
  • Report on customer development, potentials, and performance.
  • Proactively observe the market and identify new key accounts.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events.

Requirements

  • Completed studies in Business Administration, Logistics, Marketing, or a completed commercial training.
  • Several years of professional experience in sales or key account management, ideally in service or logistics solutions.
  • Strong customer orientation with a hands-on mentality and structured working style.
  • Strong communication, negotiation skills, and entrepreneurial thinking.
  • CRM knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Fluent German and high willingness to travel within Germany.
