In Short

• Support and advise our customers from the beverage industry in daily operations – competently, friendly, and solution-oriented.
• Creation, maintenance, and processing of orders, contracts, and conditions in our systems.
• Close coordination with our branches, logistics, and accounting to ensure smooth service processing.
• Assistance in preparing offers, statistics, and evaluations.
• Collaboration in optimizing internal processes for our customers.
• Participation in cross-departmental projects to further develop our service portfolio.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification.
• Initial professional experience in internal sales or a similar customer-related function – ideally in logistics or beverage/service industry.
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact and a pronounced service mentality.
• Independent, structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility.
• Very good communication skills and a professional manner.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
• Fluent in German, both spoken and written.
