In Short

• Independent preparation and execution of monthly payroll accounting.
• Maintenance and management of employee master data and time management.
• Personnel support considering all labor, income tax, and social security laws.
• Creation of employment contracts, references, and general correspondence.
• Establishment and maintenance of digital personnel files.
• Point of contact for managers, employees, and authorities on payroll-related issues.
• Support in the preparation of HR evaluations and reports.

Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with further training in payroll accounting.
• Solid knowledge of labor, social, and income tax law, as well as good MS Office skills.
• High reliability, responsibility, and accuracy.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive data.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.
