Overview

The Account Manager (Solutions Consultant) is a self-driven sales professional responsible for cultivating and retaining relationships with key contacts to achieve growth goals for LineDrive, our manufacturers, and distributor partners.

In Short

  • Manage existing customer expectations while expanding reach and depth into assigned territory
  • Meet or exceed outlined sales goals for each manufacturer and distributor line
  • Network and keep in constant contact with distributors and manufacturers
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness when faced with challenges
  • Strategize with contacts to meet with key stakeholders
  • Utilize CRM to prospect and grow current book of business
  • Educate customers on product ROI
  • Learn and apply Sandler Selling System
  • Attend ongoing webinars and product training sessions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2-5 years outside sales experience required
  • MRO Industrial supply background required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Must be organized and detail-oriented
  • High energy and drive with a desire to build business
  • Comfortable with public speaking and strong presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
