Overview

We are seeking an experienced Engagement Leader to drive AWS cloud migration programs. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical knowledge of AWS with proven program management skills to deliver successful migration initiatives while ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.

• Client Engagement Leadership: Serve as primary onsite client contact and trusted advisor for cloud migration initiatives.
• Onsite Program Management: Develop migration roadmap, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple waves.
• Technical Coordination: Work with the platform team to deploy and maintain the platform.
• Delivery Management: Track milestones, critical path, and escalate blockers to client leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT Infrastructure experience.
• 6+ years of experience in IT program management, with 1-2 successful AWS cloud migration programs.
• Strong program management, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with AWS migration tools and cloud-native services.
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements related to cloud computing.
