Cloud Migration Engineer - Remote

Overview

Tencent Cloud is expanding its engineering presence in Southeast Asia and is looking for skilled and customer-oriented Cloud Migration Engineers to join our team in Thailand. In this role, you will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to plan, execute, and support cloud migration projects.

In Short

• Work with clients to design cloud migration architectures.
• Assist in the end-to-end migration process.
• Provide technical support to customer migration teams.
• Participate in the full project delivery lifecycle.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks according to project milestones.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve services.
• Utilize cloud migration tools effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Kafka, MySQL/PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of cloud migration tools.
• Proficient in at least one programming language.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Thai.
• Teamwork and coordination skills.
• Proactive approach to problem solving.
